Sean Divoll

Sean Divoll is the Assistant Commissioner of Water & Sewer for the City of Worcester. The City provides water and sewer services to approximately 205,000 people and some adjacent communities. He is responsible for executing a $41M water, sewer, and stormwater capital plan as well as an operations and maintenance budget of $80M. Prior to becoming the Assistant Commissioner, Mr. Divoll was the Commissioner of Public Works in Marlborough, MA where he was in charge of delivering a full complement of public works services. He is a past president of the Worcester County Highway Association and the Massachusetts Highway Association where he was active in promoting the good work public works agencies accomplish daily. Mr. Divoll holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from WPI and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Clark University. Mr. Divoll is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
